- Welcome to Mashael’s Beauty!
1.1 Introduction:
Mashael’s Beauty ("Mashael’s Beauty," “we,” “us,” “our”) provides services through its website located at www.mashaelsbeauty.com (the “Site”) and through its mobile applications and related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the “Service(s)”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, AS THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND SERVICES, PARTICULARLY SECTION 10 (BINDING ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER), WHICH AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE BETWEEN US.
1.2 Modifications to Terms of Service:
We reserve the right to change or modify parts of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page along with the date of the last revision. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

At Mashael’s Beauty, we respect the privacy of our users. For details, please see our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of personal data as described therein.
- Access and Use of the Service
2.1 Use Description:
The Mashael’s Beauty service, including any content viewed through our service, is solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With your purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Mashael’s Beauty content and view your course(s) on a streaming-only basis. We may revoke this license at any time in our discretion. Upon revocation, you must promptly delete all content obtained through the service.
2.2 Your Registration Obligations:
You may be required to register to access certain features of the Service. If you choose to register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. If you are under 13 years old, you are not authorized to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian approval.
2.3 Member Account, Password, and Security:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and your account activity. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to us immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
2.4 Modifications to Service:
We may modify or discontinue the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We are not liable for any changes to or discontinuation of the Service.
2.5 General Practices Regarding Use and Storage:
You acknowledge that Mashael's Beauty may establish general practices regarding the use of the Service, including data retention and storage limits. We are not responsible for the deletion or failure to store any user data. You agree that Mashael's Beauty has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded by the Service. You acknowledge that Mashael's Beauty reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time. You further acknowledge that Mashael's Beauty reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.
2.6 Mobile Services:
The Service may include mobile features. Standard charges from your carrier may apply. By using mobile services, you consent to receive communications as described in our Privacy Policy. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your Mashael's Beauty account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.
- Conditions of Use
3.1 User Conduct:
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or use via the Service. We reserve the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal action, including removing offending content or suspending accounts. You agree to not use the Service to:
email or otherwise upload any content that (i) infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party; (ii) you do not have a right to upload under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships; (iii) contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; (iv) poses or creates a privacy or security risk to any person; (v) constitutes unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, commercial activities and/or sales, “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” “contests,” “sweepstakes,” or any other form of solicitation; (vi) is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, excessively violent, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; or (vii) in the sole judgment of Mashael's Beauty, is objectionable or which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Service, or which may expose Mashael's Beauty or its users to any harm or liability of any type;
interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law;
impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity; solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18;
harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized;
further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or
obtain or attempt to access or otherwise obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.
3.2 Fees:
For paid services, you will need to provide payment information. You agree to pay the specified fees in accordance with the payment plan. Any changes to the fees will be communicated to you.
3.3 Recurring Subscriptions:
If you select a subscription service, you authorize us to maintain your payment information for auto-renewal. You can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be given for partial periods. In the event that Mashael's Beauty is unable to charge your account as authorized by you when you enrolled in a Recurring Subscription, Mashael's Beauty, may, in its sole discretion: (i) bill you for your Service and suspend your access to the Service until payment is received, and/or (ii) seek to update your account information through third party sources (i.e., your bank or a payment processor) to continue charging your account as authorized by you.
Mashael's Beauty may change the price for Recurring Subscriptions from time to time and will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes for Recurring Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use your Recurring Subscription after the price change takes effect. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by cancelling your Recurring Subscription before the price change goes into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.
Payments are nonrefundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. You may cancel a Recurring Subscription at any time, but if you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, we will not refund any subscription fees already paid to us. Following any cancellation, however, you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your current subscription period. At any time, and for any reason, we may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration to some or all of our users (“credits”). The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at our sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate us to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance.
If you purchase any Service through a mobile purchase or third-party marketplace (e.g., through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store), the refund policy applicable to that third-party marketplace will apply. Mashael's Beauty disclaims any responsibility or liability related to any third-party marketplace’s refund policy or the third party’s compliance or noncompliance with such policy.
3.4 Special Notice for International Use; Export Controls:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the Service.
3.5 Commercial Use:
Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or by Mashael's Beauty in writing, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. The Service is solely for your non-commercial, personal, entertainment use.
- Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 Service Content and Trademarks:
You acknowledge that the Service may contain proprietary content. You agree not to modify, copy, or distribute any part without written consent.
4.2 Third-Party Material:
We are not liable for any content from third parties accessed through the Service.
4.3 User Content Transmitted Through the Service:
By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it.
You acknowledge and agree that Mashael's Beauty may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process, applicable laws or government requests; (b) enforce these Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Mashael's Beauty, its users and the public. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
4.4 Health and Medical Disclaimer:
We do not provide medical advice and urge you to consult health professionals before engaging with any of our content related to health or wellness.
4.5 Copyright Complaints:
Mashael’s Beauty respects the intellectual property of others. If you believe in good faith that any materials on the site infringe upon your copyrights, please send the following information to Mashael’s Beauty's Copyright Designated Agent at info@mashaelsbeauty.com:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it.
- Your address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or the authorized representative.
You may also contact our Copyright Designated Agent via mail with the above information.
4.6 Counter-Notice:
If your User Content was removed, and you believe it is not infringing, you may send a written counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that has been removed and the location it appeared before removal.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake.
- Your name, address, phone number, and email address, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the local court.
If a counter-notice is received, Mashael’s Beauty will send a copy to the original complaining party, which may result in the reinstatement of the content within 10 business days unless legal action is initiated.
4.7 Repeat Infringer Policy:
In accordance with applicable law, Mashael’s Beauty reserves the right to terminate users deemed to be repeat infringers at its discretion.
5. Third-Party Websites:
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Mashael’s Beauty is not responsible for the content or availability of these sites and will not be liable for any damage incurred in connection with them.
6. Social Networking Services:
You may log into the Service via various third-party services (like Facebook). Your use of these services is governed by their privacy policies, and Mashael’s Beauty is not liable for their practices.
7. Indemnity and Release:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Mashael’s Beauty and its affiliates harmless from any losses or claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties:
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." Mashael’s Beauty DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9. Limitation of Liability:
Mashael’s Beauty WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver:
You agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
11. Termination:
Mashael’s Beauty may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason at its discretion, without prior notice.
12. Disputes Between Users:
You are solely responsible for interactions with other users, and Mashael’s Beauty is not liable for any disputes.
13. General:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mashael’s Beauty. They are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any invalid provision will not affect the remaining provisions.
